Exercise your body and mind this Rosh Chodesh

Co-led by seasoned personal trainer from Pilates of new Paltz and local Rebbetzin Bracha Plotkin, the class combines the principles of Pilates lengthening, slenderizing and core-strengthening with the wisdom of Kabbalah.

You’ll make a mind-body connection that will promote physical and spiritual health.

Bare feet are recommended. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a towel or mat.No experience required.
